The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in kitchen and bathroom installations, window and door fittings, as well as internal and external decorations. You will oversee a team of skilled tradespeople across various locations in Southeast London, SE1.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations at the site level, ensuring that all work is performed safely and adheres to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Manage a team of proficient tradesmen and subcontractors across multiple sites.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, the public, and subcontractors, which is vital for the success of the projects.
  • Conduct pre-work assessments, organize workspaces, and perform post-project inspections.
  • Monitor team efficiency, report progress to the Contracts Manager, and ensure on-site welfare checks are conducted regularly.

Essential Requirements:
  • Valid UK Drivers License
  • Prior experience in social housing or residential construction
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety standards
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
