Financial Reporting Manager

A dynamic and forward-thinking Financial Reporting Manager is sought by Arthur to oversee the monthly financial close for multiple entities across various jurisdictions and currencies. This role focuses on enhancing processes and controls to support business growth, including upcoming international M&A deals expected in the near future. You will work closely with the Finance Director to integrate new entities and contribute to commercial and efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Group FD in the production of the monthly group financial packs in a timely manner.
  • Improve the quality of reporting provided to senior leadership and present commercially viable information to the group, alongside technical insights.
  • Analyse intercompany balances, including loans and trading accounts, and unwind them as necessary.
  • Address periodic requests from private equity investors and external debt providers.
  • Conduct FX analysis.
Requirements:
  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) within the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting analysis.
  • Experienced in working with large quantities of data, and should be comfortable with manipulating large volumes of information.

Salary on offer is up to £85k + bonus, benefits, and hybrid working.
