Insurance Sales Professional

Vermelo RPO is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing accurate quotations for new business and renewals, helping the Branch achieve its sales and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, utilizing your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Act as a valuable referral point, guiding clients with your expertise and providing them with accurate and timely information.
- Assess diverse client needs, considering industry-specific risks and business objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, risks, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance terms clearly to clients and insurers.
- In-depth understanding of the UK insurance market, including trends, risks, and regulatory changes.
- Ability to assess diverse client needs, considering industry-specific risks and business objectives.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills to manage tasks efficiently.
