At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team in St Helens. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell a large range of high-end fixings, fastenings, brickwork, and groundwork products to distributors, builders merchants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Develop a strong technical understanding of our product range to advise clients and address any queries.
- Make outbound calls to clients, upsell, and cross-sell where possible, focusing on KPI-driven growth.
- Process orders for customers and liaise internally to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the external sales team and maintain accurate records in our internal system.
- Proven experience in internal sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Technical knowledge of construction products and processes.
