Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culture and Inclusion Development Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EDI initiatives to promote a culture of inclusion and respect within the organization.
- Design and deliver culturally focused learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Support the activities of the Positive Action Attraction Team to ensure the organization reflects the communities we serve.
- Design policies and assess the effectiveness of inclusion efforts across the workforce.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing EDI strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
