  • Technical Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest IP CCTV and Access Control technologies and trends.
    • Design and implement IP infrastructure solutions that meet customer specifications and requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
    • Collaborate with operational managers to plan and schedule installation rollouts and programs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Relevant degree in IT, IP, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, with a successful track record in program management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • High-end product knowledge of IP CCTV and Access Control.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program planning applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise
    • Knowledge of Genetec and C-Cure global systems.
    • Familiarity with network/IP infrastructure and architecture.
  • Professional Certifications
    • H&S accreditation.
