Qualifications and Experience:

Essential Criteria:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • ACE or STP certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-HCPC registration experience as a clinical scientist.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • RCPath Diplomate or eligibility to apply.

Desirable Criteria:

  • RCPath Fellowship.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience as a Laboratory Manager in an IVF environment.
  • Experience as an STP Training Officer or Trainer.
  • Experience in a large, complex organization in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Confidence in achieving results collaboratively.
  • Ability to navigate a complex and evolving environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

Essential Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and experience in reproductive medicine.
  • Understanding of evidence-based practices.

  • Comprehensive embryology skills, including embryo biopsy for PGT.
  • Logical and systematic troubleshooting abilities.
