Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and HCPC-registered Clinical Embryologist with a strong background in leadership and management. This full-time position entails overseeing our Embryology and Andrology laboratories, spearheading our expanding PGT-A service, and engaging in research initiatives as well as the training of STP and other personnel.

About Our Organization:

Qualifications and Experience:
Essential Criteria:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- ACE or STP certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-HCPC registration experience as a clinical scientist.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- RCPath Diplomate or eligibility to apply.
Desirable Criteria:
- RCPath Fellowship.
Essential Experience:
- Experience as a Laboratory Manager in an IVF environment.
- Experience as an STP Training Officer or Trainer.
- Experience in a large, complex organization in a similar capacity.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Confidence in achieving results collaboratively.

- Strong decision-making skills.
Essential Knowledge:
- Knowledge and experience in reproductive medicine.
- Understanding of evidence-based practices.
