Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Oversee all inbound and outbound stock movements, from origin countries to end-client delivery, via our trusted warehouse and distribution partners.
  • Client-Facing Accounts Support: Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for clients on all logistics, accounts, and invoicing enquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring timely delivery of coffee within contracted terms.
  • Export and Import Functions: Manage all forward purchases, shipping instructions, declarations, and warehouse/transportation instructions.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners across logistics, warehousing, and distribution, prioritizing customer service.
Requirements
  • Logistics Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, ideally in both import and export.
  • Global Logistics Regulations: Demonstrable understanding of global logistics regulations, particularly EU/UK.
  • Communication Skills: Strong (inter-cultural) communicator and confident with client interaction.
  • Language Skills: Fully proficient in written and spoken English, with relevant permissions to work in the UK. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or German would be a major benefit.
