Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Yü Group. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Delivery: Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring first contact resolution wherever possible.
- Account Management: Manage and resolve specific customer accounts within agreed service level agreements.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Data Management: Support the collection and maintenance of customer data to enable efficient servicing.
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain a good understanding of our systems and processes to ensure customer queries are recorded and resolved efficiently.
- Issue Escalation: Monitor, action, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Create accurate records of customer interactions to enable timely and effective resolution.
- Complex Enquiries: Liaise with non-customer facing teams to handle complex customer enquiries and resolve queries.
- Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to take customer payments and collect revenue, as well as renew and cross-sell available products.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all customer enquiries are managed, resolved, and closed within agreed timescales.
- Dissatisfaction Management: Manage and resolve customer dissatisfaction in a timely and effective manner.
