About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our IT Supply Chain Team at Assystem. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an IT Supply Chain Strategy that aligns with our company's mission to accelerate the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a new specific IT Supply Chain Strategy
  • Collaborate with the newly defined IT Digital Ecosystem to understand requirements and Supplier challenges
  • Implement and agree new Terms and Conditions and Framework agreement to standardize across the Group Inherited Supply Chain Eco-system and Submarine's specific newly onboarded Suppliers
  • Collaborate with other IT Buyers and the IT Service Delivery Leads to assist in standardizing Contract Management across the IT Service Estate
  • Lead the SAP v Coupa Work stream within IT to assist in the transition for the IT Buyers and Suppliers to enable Supplier Scorecards to be implemented by Q4
  • Support junior team members providing coaching where necessary on Process and compliance
  • Lead a transition in ways of working with the IT Function to remove risk to compliant competitions, understanding risks of early engagement without Supply Chain Presence
Requirements
  • Experience in contract management and a proven track record with negotiating as well as running a tender process end to end
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
