We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at Andras Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, as well as process guest payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all guest rooms are prepared and ready for occupancy, and that all amenities and services are available as required.
- Stay one step ahead of guests' needs, recording and acting on their preferences, and handling their messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
- Be a trusted contact for all guests, providing assistance and support as needed, and looping in management when necessary.
- Stay safe at all times, following our safety procedures and reporting any incidents or concerns.
- Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador, representing Andras Hotels in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay up-to-date on all hotel events and activities, and be prepared to provide information and assistance to guests as needed.
Requirements
- One year of experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a front desk or reception role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and handle complex situations.
- Literate and tech-savvy, with a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
