We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at The Laurels, a Residential Care Home in Carlisle, Cumbria.

As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to lead fulfilling and enriched lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration.
  • Developing warm and trusting relationships with residents, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.
  • Participating in a range of activities and experiences to promote resident engagement and well-being.
