About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Nurse to join our strong clinical team at The Aldbury in Poole, Dorset. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in the senior decision-making process and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the shift and allocate duties to other nurses and the care team
  • Role model and promote best practice in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other essential clinical interventions
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Nurses and Senior Care Leads, as well as local multi-disciplinary teams
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support and contribute to the development of our clinical skills
  • Participate in clinical and dementia care conferences led by the Colten team
