About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at The Venues Collection. As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate enquiries and sales for our location, working closely with the Sales team to increase and enhance sales levels.
  • Proactively sell our facilities through various techniques, aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Operate and maintain systems for client ordering and related processing, ensuring accurate and timely customer, staff, and management information.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Motivation and passion for quality and great service delivery.
  • Strong computer and IT skills, with the ability to work in a pressurized environment.
  • A "can-do" attitude and self-motivation.
