Senior Conference and Events Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conference and Events Coordinator to join our team at a 4* luxury hotel in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries and conference sales for our stunning property, which boasts 15 rooms and a capacity of 220 guests.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a small team and handling sales and events inquiries within a hotel setting. You will be highly sales focused and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you will have good contacts in the Buckinghamshire area and be able to work effectively with our existing clients and partners.
As a Senior Conference and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a small team of conference coordinators
- Handling inbound sales and events inquiries
- Converting sales and events opportunities into bookings
- Working closely with our sales and marketing teams to promote our hotel and services
