We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Allstaff Recruitment. Our client is a reputable and global automation company looking for someone to start on a full-time 6-month contract basis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate budgets and logistics to ensure seamless event execution.
- Track attendee engagement and participation.
- Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Procure and coordinate vendor services, including catering, audio-visual, and venue management.
- Provide on-site event support and ensure a positive experience for attendees.
- Manage relationships with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders.
**Requirements for Success:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
- Proven track record of managing and coordinating budgets.
- Experience in procurement and logistics management.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
