About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at ISS. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class service to our customers, while also leading and developing a team of hospitality and events professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, prepare and deliver food and drink events across campus, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep the service and back of house areas in a clean and safe condition, introducing daily checking systems to maintain high standards.
  • Deliver a great hospitality and events experience, exceeding customer expectations and creating memorable moments.
  • Stay on top of trends and discuss these with your supervisor and manager, ensuring the team is always up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Know the offer inside out, making informed recommendations to our clients and pre-empting their needs to create a personalized experience.
  • Maintain a high profile front of house, being aware of what's happening during service and effectively resolving any challenges to ensure colleague and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with experience working in a customer-focused environment, who is great at providing exceptional service, friendly and approachable, and able to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
