Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager in fostering a friendly and customer-centric atmosphere that achieves outstanding results and creates a positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in inspiring and leading the team.
- Engage passionately with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Encourage community involvement to strengthen local relationships and drive performance.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Management experience in a retail environment.
