About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic support worker to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in a Mental Health Support/CAMHS worker role.

As a key member of our team, you will provide support to individuals with mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.

With a strong background in supporting young people in an educational setting, you will inspire and motivate them to achieve their best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students with mental health difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
