About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team at the Wirral Memory Assessment Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia and other mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide expert care and support to individuals with dementia and other mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop strategies for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RMN qualification and NMC registration
  • Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience in mental health settings
  • Experience of working with individuals with dementia and other mental health conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
