Job Title: Billing Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Billing Assistant to join our team at HR Employment Bureau Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in billing and customer service, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Billing Specialist in preparing sales invoices for review and working with the Commercial and legal teams to fill one-off large contracts.
- Assist with customers' queries regarding billing and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Work with the project team to ensure that billing allows for prompt payment and is robust and sustainable.
- Prepare and manage intercompany billing, raise bills between subsidiaries, and check the manual billing process.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and reports.
- Collaborate with the management team to manage customers' expectations and ensure that billing is aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, including lookups and pivots.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a billing or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
