About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Medical Rostering Team as a Medical Rota Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating Junior Doctors' rotas, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and the Working Time Directive (WTD).

They will also provide support to the Guardian of Safe Working in the recording and processing of exception reports and in the production of quarterly reports.

In conjunction with the Clinical Collaboratives, the post holder will ensure that rota gaps are covered by internal or external locums where required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have current experience of working in the NHS and a relevant qualification at NVQ Level 4 or equivalent.

They will also have experience of working with Medical and Dental staff and experience of working with complex rotas is desirable.
