Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Chief Medical Officer's Office as a Medical Rota Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating Junior Doctors' rotas, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and the Working Time Directive (WTD).
Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will provide support to the Guardian of Safe Working in the recording and processing of exception reports and in the production of quarterly reports. In conjunction with the Clinical Collaboratives, the post holder will ensure that rota gaps are covered by internal or external locums where required.

South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff to the Trust. The successful candidate will be expected to attend the New and Aspiring Leaders programme and the Foundation Quality Improvement Programme.
