Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administration Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of hospital resources.
  • Maintain and update patient records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing queries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
  • Work closely with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and administrative support.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a medical administration role.
  • Familiarity with hospital procedures and terminology.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare systems and databases.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
