We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our Pain team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to medical and nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality patient care.
- Make appointments and manage patient pathways, utilizing knowledge of IPM/ICM and hospital systems.
- Update patient records in a timely manner and perform general office duties.
- Good general education, equivalent to GCSE level.
- Knowledge of a full range of IT/Patient administrator systems.
- Previous NHS experience, preferably in a similar role.
