About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our dynamic Pharmacy Team at Withybush General Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients across various specialties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a patient-focused clinical pharmacy service
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to various areas on rotation, including coronary care, acute stroke, trauma, and orthopaedics
  • Develop and implement medicines management systems and processes to improve patient care
  • Supervise and train pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and students to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Masters degree in pharmacy or equivalent experience or qualifications
  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Professional knowledge of medicines management systems and processes in an integrated NHS
  • Experience of teaching and supervision of pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and students
