Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client's care team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users, taking into account their preferences and wishes.
  • Manage the service in accordance with agreed standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Undertake all aspects of medicine management, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of our service users, ensuring their dignity and rights are respected.
Requirements
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Registered with the relevant professional body (e.g. NMC).
  • Level 1 Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Previous experience of working in similar environments and supervisory roles.
  • Experience of working with service users who may have additional support needs.
  • Knowledge of rota planning and staff allocation.
