Role Overview: As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You'll lead by example, inspiring your colleagues and setting a high standard for customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the store: You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and ensuring that the store is running smoothly.
  • Leading the team: You'll be a role model for your colleagues, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles. You'll also be responsible for delegating tasks and managing the workload of the team.
  • Providing excellent customer service: You'll be the face of Lidl, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring that our customers leave the store feeling satisfied.
  • Monitoring KPIs: You'll be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, including sales, stock levels, and customer satisfaction. You'll use this data to inform your decisions and make improvements to the store.
