Job Title: Children's Nursery Deputy Manager

Job Summary:

KiddyKare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at our nursery in Bordon. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in overseeing the smooth running of the nursery and upholding our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in implementing and maintaining our nursery's policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example and motivate your team to provide high-quality care and education to our children.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your team, parents, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's curriculum and activities.
  • Ensure the nursery is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare and a suitable Level 2 qualification in Maths.
  • Proven track record of successful management experience in a childcare setting.
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid training.
  • High level of written and verbal English and basic ICT skills.
