About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Order & Disputes Management Team as a Sales Order Administrator. This is an office-based role with flexibility for hybrid home-based working (around 2 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate order documentation submitted by sales teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process customer order details into our SAP financial system in a timely and efficient manner, meeting month-end deadlines.
  • Actively pick up and process billing tasks submitted by delivery teams, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Engage effectively with sales, legal, and delivery teams to ensure correct customer information is included.
  • Perform additional SOP team tasks and responsibilities, such as acknowledging customer orders and general customer queries.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, administrative role with a good standard of IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with Google, CRM, SharePoint, and processing sales orders would be highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of working with contracts and excellent communication skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Excellent Excel skills, including experience with lookups, pivot tables, and data connections.
  • Experience working in a highly focused performance-driven environment.
