We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing goods receipt, booking deliveries, and raising invoices. You will also be responsible for updating ship-to information and creating purchase orders in SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage goods receipt, booking deliveries, and raising invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Update ship-to information and create purchase orders in SAP.
- Coordinate the arrangement of UK samples and assist with sales order processing as needed.
- Perform stock adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements:
- Experience with SAP and a strong understanding of its functionality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
