Airfreight Import Operator role available at First Choice Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate accounting and financial processes are in place and followed.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting all services offered.

• Allocate estimates for all expected costs and raise sales invoices in a timely manner, adhering to invoicing policies.

• Verify that all files are correctly costed, charged, and completed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in an Air Import role, preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
