Your Role as Residential Childcare Manager

As a Registered Manager of our two-bed new home, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and therapeutic home environment.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of dedicated childcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote the well-being and development of each child in your care.
