Care Team Manager

Classroom Recruiters is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Care Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Children's Care Team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic team of support workers in a dynamic children's home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the care team to provide top-notch care for looked after children.
- Craft and roll out care plans, ensuring each child's safety and well-being.
- Manage staff rotas, ensuring a smooth operation 24/7.
- Oversee the daily operations of the care facility.
- Maintain a positive atmosphere for both staff and children.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3, 4 or 5 Residential Childcare Qualification (may accept health and social care level 4 or 5 with strong residential background).
- At least 3 years of solid experience in the last 5 working with children in a residential setting.
- Driving Licence (preferred).
