Overview of the Position

As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with our members and assisting them in selecting the appropriate products and services that offer genuine assistance in their daily lives - whether it’s planning for a significant trip, purchasing a first property, or anything else that matters.
  • Engaging in meaningful conversations through various channels, providing support to our members in person, via phone, and through online account management.
  • Focusing on member needs rather than sales goals, allowing you the freedom to act in the best interest of our members.
