Market Insight and FeedbackSource and share market insight/feedback from key employer partners/organisations to develop our plans and support Labour Market Intelligence (LMI) and the analyst role.
Employer Relationship ManagementIdentify, engage, and manage key employer relationships within a sector(s), and region to become the 'recruitment partner of choice'.
Employment Opportunity Pipeline ManagementDevelop and manage employment opportunity pipelines, including ring-fenced/guaranteed vacancies, work experience placements, job fairs, etc.
Recruitment Activity CoordinationCoordinate recruitment activity to ensure employer needs are met.
Expert Advice and GuidanceProvide expert advice, guidance, and support on workforce planning, training needs analysis, and co-designing employment routeways to address current/future recruitment needs.
Employer Support and FacilitationFacilitate and encourage employer support as part of the prescribed customer journey, including sector insight sessions, assessment centres, etc.
Account Management and Relationship OwnershipSupport the Head of Employer Engagement and Director of Employer Engagement with key account management of Strategic/National partners and work with the Strategic Engagement Manager to engage and support regional partner organisations.
Best Practice Development and Process ImprovementSupport the development of best practice and the most efficient ways of working.
Market Insight and Feedback SharingSource and share market insight/feedback from employer partners/agencies to support the LMI analyst role.
Customer Support and Workplace AdjustmentsAct as an 'ambassador' for customers who require extra support, to identify and agree workplace adjustments, such as working interviews, job carving, etc.
Internal Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with internal colleagues, including Business Managers, Employment Advisors, and Resource Specialists, to ensure customers meet the expectations of employers and are fully prepared for the transition into work.
Site Caseload Management and ForecastingUnderstand site caseload job requirements and ensure that both employment and candidate pipelines are aligned, including detailed forecasting of future opportunities.
Market Knowledge Sharing and IntelligenceShare market knowledge and intelligence to help identify and address potential barriers to work, such as skills gaps and training needs.
Internal Team Support and CollaborationSupport internal teams to better prepare customers through a shared understanding of job specifications and requirements.
