About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Clerical Officer to join our dynamic team within the Health Records Department at Perth Royal Infirmary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record management, and communication with healthcare professionals and service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service users to resolve queries and issues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
