Position Summary:

We are currently in search of a proficient Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer to join our team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in the deployment and upkeep of BMS technologies, particularly within healthcare, municipal, and educational environments. Responsibilities will include the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of BMS systems to guarantee optimal functionality.

Key Duties:
  • Design, implement, and sustain Building Management Systems (BMS) customized for the unique requirements of healthcare facilities, municipal buildings, and educational institutions.
  • Configure, program, and replace BMS controllers, sensors, and actuators to oversee and manage building systems such as HVAC, lighting, and security.
  • Perform site evaluations and assessments to pinpoint areas for system enhancements and upgrades.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages utilized in BMS applications, including BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks.
  • Understanding of pertinent regulations and standards governing building security and access control.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Building Automation System Technician (BAS-T) are advantageous.
