Position Summary: We are in search of a qualified Building Management System (BMS) Engineer.

The successful candidate will possess a robust background in the deployment and upkeep of BMS solutions, particularly within healthcare, municipal, and educational environments. Responsibilities will include the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of BMS systems to guarantee optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and sustain Building Management Systems (BMS) customized for the unique requirements of healthcare facilities, municipal buildings, and educational institutions.
  • Configure, program, and replace BMS controllers, sensors, and actuators to oversee and manage building systems including HVAC, lighting, and security.
  • Perform site evaluations and assessments to uncover potential enhancements and upgrades to existing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Expertise in programming languages utilized in BMS applications such as BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards governing building security and access control.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Building Automation System Technician (BAS-T) are advantageous.
