Reporting to the Commercial Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term category plans, securing long-term engagement with customers, and driving mutual growth. You will leverage market, shopper, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and execute these through outstanding category leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term category plans to drive growth and engagement with customers

- Ensure Arla Foods' growth plans and initiatives are converted into brilliant execution that drives growth, positively impacts shopper behaviors, and builds the company's dairy credentials within the industry
- Build strong customer relationships and foster collaboration
Requirements:
- Strategist: You should be able to connect data and insights, think long-term, and possess a strong focus on converting strategies into actionable plans
