Job Role:

The Office Manager's main purpose is to ensure the efficient operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and maintaining a well-organised, safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee general office operations and ensure a positive, welcoming environment

- Manage office safety, security, and compliance with health and safety protocol

- Assist in updating office policies and onboarding new hires

- Coordinate visitor management, including tours, access passes, and health and safety briefings

- Maintain and monitor office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness

- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality service delivery

Requirements:

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
