Job Summary

As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will have a guaranteed number of hours per week on a rolling rota. You will work nights/evenings, typically from 8.15pm to 7.30am, with occasional daytime working for training purposes. We have Waking Night contracts available across our services in West Wick and Weston Super-Mare.

  • Develop daily living skills
  • Support individuals to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, their family members, and external professionals
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
