We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Interactor to join our Show Experience team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. As an ambassador for the Tour, you will be responsible for guiding, entertaining, and enlightening visitors on their magical journey through the making of Harry Potter.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and scripted speeches to groups of up to 300 visitors, showcasing your passion for filmmaking and the Harry Potter franchise.
- Provide expert insight and knowledge about the making of the Harry Potter films, sharing your enthusiasm with visitors from around the world.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to enhance the overall visitor experience and exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- Conduct Added Value Tours and assist with Audio Descriptive Tours as required, ensuring that all visitors have an unforgettable experience.
- Hold pride for your workspace, maintaining a safe and tidy environment, and adhering to all guidelines and policies in accordance with WBD policies and procedures.
- Understanding of the Harry Potter film series and filmmaking.
- Previous work experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong emphasis on quality of service and/or experience.
- Presentation skills, with the ability to speak in public to groups of up to 300 on a microphone, both scripted and improvised.
- Demonstrable ability to learn new skills and adapt to new situations within a visitor-focused environment.
- Able to contribute positively and enjoy working effectively as part of a large and varied team.
- Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.

We offer a range of contracts from 16 to 40 hours per week, with the requirement to work weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday. Your normal hours of work will be between 8am and 10pm over the peak summer period/weekends, and from 8am until 8pm at other times. Some evening event work may be required, finishing at 00:30. Shifts outside of these hours can be opted into, and these hours can start as early as 7am.
