About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with and assist our customers, providing them with a positive and memorable experience.
  • Operate our tills in an efficient manner, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Help to ensure that products are available to customers at all times, maintaining a high level of stock availability and organization.
  • Ensure that our sales targets are achieved by fully maximizing all sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service and promoting our products effectively.

Requirements

  • Effective, confident communication, engaging proactively with visitors and colleagues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • The initiative to identify jobs that need to be completed, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • An ability to work at pace whilst maintaining great customer service, providing a positive and memorable experience for our visitors.

Working Pattern

We have multiple intake dates across the year, with a 2-week full-time training period before starting contracted hours. Contracts are for 32 or 40 hours per week, with a requirement to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Normal hours of work are between 7am and 10pm, with occasional late nights and events.
