About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Interactor to join our Show Experience team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. As an ambassador for the Tour, you will be responsible for guiding, entertaining, and enlightening visitors while they embark on their magical journey through the making of Harry Potter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver scripted speeches and special effects demonstrations to engage and educate visitors.
  • Provide expert insight into the Harry Potter films and share your passion for filmmaking.
  • Work closely with the management team to enhance the Show and Visitor experience.
  • Ensure a safe and tidy working area, adhering to all guidelines and policies.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the Harry Potter film series and filmmaking.
  • Previous work experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong emphasis on quality of service.
  • Presentation skills, with the ability to speak in public to groups of up to 300 on a microphone.
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to new situations within a visitor-focused environment.

Working Pattern

Contracts range from 16 to 40 hours per week, with weekend work required. Normal hours of work are between 8am and 10pm over peak summer periods and weekends, with some evening event work required.
