We are seeking an experienced Housing Support Officer to join our team at Ten 90 Recruitment Group. As a Housing Support Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering proactive support to individuals with multiple and complex needs, helping them access and maintain accommodation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload and ensure all aspects of support work are carried out in accordance with legislation, safeguarding policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve outcomes for individuals with multiple and complex needs.
- Ensure all service users' documentation is relevant and up-to-date, and that data is accurately entered into various IT systems.
- Contribute to efficient service delivery as an individual and as part of a team, in accordance with local policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Ambitious and proactive individual with strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and ready for a new challenge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of welfare, housing, and homelessness practice.
- Valid DBS certificate on the update service (registered online) or ability to obtain a new DBS.
- Competitive pay rates.
