Job Title: Senior Product Manager - EMEA & LATAM

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Class III Slot product portfolio in the EMEA and LATAM regions. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a clear product vision and strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap to deliver products on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with game development studios to design and develop new games
  • Work closely with the Sales team to pitch new product ideas to customers
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks to the product and develop execution plans
  • Provide direction for GTM and Product Growth efforts for new game releases
  • Own tradeshow planning process including determining game mix and alignment with operations and technical teams
  • Provide actionable recommendations for the Sales team on commercial strategy and objectives
  • Ensure a clear and accurate understanding of compliance and/or regulatory/legal changes
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a slot machine (EGM) focused role
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft D365 Suite; particularly: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Flexible with international travel
  • Have a love for games, people, and entertainment
