Team and Role Overview

The Funds Management Group plays a crucial role in conducting various analyses and forecasts to support our operations. The Vice President within this group will collaborate with team members on ongoing tasks, project-based initiatives, and special analyses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing a portfolio of alternative investment funds and vehicles
  • Conducting regular liquidity management assessments
  • Coordinating portfolio allocations and managing investment closing processes
  • Ensuring compliance with credit facility agreements
  • Drafting investor communications, fund performance reports, and related analyses
  • Reviewing financial statements and collaborating with fund accountants to address inquiries
  • Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing detailed performance metrics
  • Preparing management presentations and responding to ad hoc analytical requests
  • Advancing technology initiatives relevant to the responsibilities outlined above

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
  • 5-8 years of experience in an accounting firm, bank, or private equity firm
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective coordination and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently within a small team, demonstrating initiative and proactivity
  • Proficient in organizing and analyzing large datasets
  • Interest in technology initiatives and operational enhancements
  • Team-oriented, willing to assist in areas beyond core responsibilities
