New Build Housing Sales Manager
We are collaborating with ARC Group to find a dynamic Sales Manager for a prominent new build housing organization.
The Sales & Marketing division is dedicated to assisting clients during one of the most significant moments in their lives: purchasing a new residence.
Our commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount, and the Sales & Marketing efforts are essential in realizing this vision.
This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including developing and maintaining digital platforms, executing marketing initiatives, addressing client inquiries, and providing guidance throughout the home buying and customization process. Additionally, ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase is a key focus.
Team members may work on-site in sales and marketing showrooms or provide support from the office, but the primary goal remains the same: to ensure clients receive the necessary support in their quest for the ideal home.
As a Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Director and play a crucial role in enhancing the company's success by driving robust sales performance through effective leadership of the Sales Advisor team across various developments.
- Achieve exceptional sales results through proficient management of the sales advisor team.
- Participate in the recruitment and ongoing training of Sales Advisors to foster team development.
- Develop staffing schedules for various developments, ensuring adequate coverage for absences.
- Ensure adherence to essential sales processes and tools.
- Address non-compliance and performance issues in line with established protocols.
- Manage operational costs while promoting best practices and high-quality standards.
- Ensure effective use of divisional IT systems and oversee updates by advisors.
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM database with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the launch of new sites, ensuring appropriate marketing input.
- Contribute to marketing strategies for current and upcoming developments.
- Ensure marketing materials comply with company standards and legal requirements.
- Guide the team towards actions that drive positive outcomes for clients and the division.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer care inquiries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in research for potential and existing developments as directed by the Sales Director.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Director regarding sales and legal completions.
- Promote and uphold company values, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS when processing transactions.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- A strong leadership presence with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
- Experience in sales within a service-oriented environment, ideally in a similar capacity or as a top-performing Sales Advisor.
- Proficiency in cost management and organizational skills to meet targets.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
- Expertise in sales and marketing strategies, research, and analysis.
- Strong self-discipline, time management skills, and adaptability to achieve results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Confidence, decisiveness, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in work patterns and willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong IT skills and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
