About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Kairos Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our fashion industry expertise and attracts top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate high-quality visual content for our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with our team of agents and industry professionals to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
  • Work closely with our Managing Director to align the visual direction with our overall business strategy and brand identity.
  • Direct model test shoots, polaroid's, portfolios, and brand image creation, ensuring each model is presented in the best possible light to potential clients.
  • Oversee the editing, retouching, and final output of images to ensure they meet the highest quality standard.
About You
  • You have a passion for fashion, photography, content creation, and social media.
  • You are a creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside strong admin skills.
  • You have basic knowledge of social media platforms and content tools (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • You have photography and videography skills - Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, beauty retouching, DSLR photography skills.
  • You are organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
